Conventions of the ident

 

Here the name of the channel is used in order to say to the viewers that what they are watching "that's tv" and suggest the possible content that is on there.

Here the logo is Reflectent of the event in which they are doing in order to show the theme of what will be on during this event.

Typically, idents can be used in order to transition between programmes saying what is next on the channel and what is on now however this ident simply displays the channel logo and informs of the event that is occurring and not is what on next.

The main element of continuity is the continued use of the channel logo used for the audio-visual promo that is used on all versions of the ident but other than this there is no other elements of continuity.
