Continengcy Plan

 In regard to contingency plans:

The first will be for if voice actor is unable to make it to the designated recording session that they are required for. In this case another person will need to be prepared ahead of time in order to be able to make the recording and do the necessary lines in which are required. This will allow me to acquire the necessary recordings and keep to the schedule that would be put in place and ensure everything is going according to time.  

The second will be for if there is a problem with the lights that are being used for the animating and will require a new source of light. In this case spare light sources will be kept at hand and at the ready encase the current light sources that are being used to create the stop motion are affected in some way shape or form that will interfere with the stop motion. This will allow for the continued production of the idents encase one of the required tools that are needed to make it break and require replacing.

The third contingency will be for the storage device that will be used to hold the stop motions does not have the correct amount of storage in order to hold the stop motions. In case the device used to store the stop, motions do not have enough space in order to do so then an alternative storage means will be ready until a better portable device can be obtained. This will allow for the stop motion to be saved and ensure that it will not be lost when being uploaded for evidence.

The next contingency plan will be for if there is not enough power in the device that will be used to capture the stop motion. In this case a charging cable will be nearby and ready to charge the device as well as an alternative device to continue animating the stop motion and ensure that the project is able to be finished. This will allow for the stop motion production to remain on schedule but will also mean more editing will be required in order to complete the stop motion but will keep the project on time.
