Postproduction Journey
Postproduction Process
Once I had the necessary footage, I was able to create a
draft version of the idents on final cut pro and then uploaded it to get
feedback from an audience. Once the feedback was acquired, I analysed it to
identify what areas needed improving from the draft version. With this I
identified that the area in which needed improving for both of the idents was
the lack of sound.

Postproduction edits
First, I placed all the necessary footage onto the tracks in
final cut pro and then began to edit the footage that was there. This had
involved reducing audio clips to fit the needed times scale, cutting out any
footage that would not be used and doubling up the footage for some of the
scenes in order to make the ident the correct length. These techniques were
employed in order to improve the ident and make it fit within the parameters of
the scenario as well as making the ident good overall. No special techniques
were used in improve the idents due to the fact they were not required as the
idents did not need to include these techniques.

Postproduction Sound Report
To improve the idents, I had recorded sound effects at home
then adding them onto the idents however I did not record any vocal recordings
at home due to the fact the environment is not ideal for vocal recordings. The
necessary vocal recordings were done in school using Garage band then added
into the idents after being edited to sound as best as possible such as
removing any background noise or removing any problems with their speech. The
sounds were then increased/decreased in volume depending on the scene in which
it would be applied to in order to best fit within the scene.
